In the age of the internet, I often wonder the need for a Travel Agent. Our group trip to Alaska answered this question. The customer service is outstanding. The shore excursions not represented by the cruise line provided more options. The benefit of a connection to get from airport to hotel, hotel to port and port to airline is worth the use of a travel agent. The travel agency I recommend: Beyond Events and Travel.
